The Problem Was Never the Technology
I've spent 30 years inside some of the world's most complex technology organizations, including two of the largest airlines in the world, a Fortune 500 enterprise, and a venture-backed SaaS company navigating rapid growth.
What I kept seeing, regardless of company size or industry, was the same pattern.
Organizations weren't struggling because they lacked talented people or good technology. They were struggling because they'd lost sight of the problem they were originally trying to solve.
Tools got adopted before strategy was defined. Processes that once solved real problems became institutionalized long after their purpose was forgotten. Technology initiatives launched before anyone clearly defined what success looked like. And somewhere along the way, the investments meant to drive the business forward started slowing it down.
The result was rarely a technology failure. It was a clarity failure.
High Signal Advisory exists because that pattern is fixable. The leaders who break it aren't the ones with the biggest budgets or the most sophisticated tools. They're the ones who stay relentlessly focused on what actually matters, connect every technology decision to a business outcome, and build organizations that can sustain that clarity as they scale.
That's the work. And it's what I built this practice to do.
